The Mellow Mink experience begins with a visit to our taproom. Offering an atmosphere of casual elegance, our air-conditioned taproom features over 60 seats, a spacious bar, music powered by Sonos, and several big screen TVs.

On draft we offer a selection of beers brewed and blended on-site in both classic and modern styles. We also feature an innovative menu of artisan cocktails, and offer a selection of locally sourced hard ciders. Check out our current beer and drink offerings here.

We offer most of our draft beers in 4, 8, and 16 oz pours as well as 32 oz. Crowler Cans and the option to fill 1 and 2 liter growlers to-go.  We also maintain a menu of specialty Mellow Mink bottled beers to-go and for enjoyment in-house. 

We offer a rotating assortment of snacks and charcuterie at our taproom.  In lieu of a traditional kitchen, we also allow patrons to BYOF (Bring Your Own Food) or have food delivered directly to the taproom. Ask one of our staff for assistance if you would like to learn about local food options.
