Description
A blend of golden sour beers aged for six months in Chardonnay barrels before being re-conditioned on red raspberries and passion fruit. This beer pours ruby red with a white head. Moderate to high acidity complements the assertive fruit profile. Highly aromatic, medium bodied, with high carbonation and a dry, champagne-like finish.
