Barrel Aged Peach Cobbler is a blend of Chardonnay barrel-aged golden sour ales conditioned on puréed American peaches, cinnamon sticks, and whole Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla Beans. This blend was aged on its ingredients for over a year before bottling and subsequent conditioning in August 2023. The resulting beer is balanced in all aspects. Medium acidity enhances the bold peach aromas and flavors. The mouthfeel is lively due to a medium-high degree of natural carbonation. Flavors of cinnamon and oak are smoothed and sweetened by an undercurrent of vanilla. The finish is dry and refreshing, with an easy session-ability at 6.3 % ABV.

Our first club-exclusive evening in the taproom is scheduled for Tuesday, March 12th. Members who attend this first evening get a free 8 oz tasting of Blueberry-Kiwi Berry Tapestry. This is a special draft version of a previously bottled blend of golden sour ales conditioned on kiwi berries and blueberries! In addition to this tasting, we invite club members to bring bottles of their favorite beers to share. Head Brewer and Blender, Matt, will be hanging out for the event to chat, talk beer and brewing, and share/taste some bottled favorites as well.

Lastly, membership includes access to a collection of exclusive club tees, tank tops, and hoodies. While not included in the membership price, these items will be available for members to order at our wholesale pricing (no mark up).

Memberships will be priced at $200 + tax.
